Priority Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 5–10 Business Days (often sooner)

Choose Priority Shipping at checkout for faster dispatch and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At VANTÉ, we want you spending more time playing and less time worrying.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging where possible
  • Not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse
  • Include proof of purchase

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items must arrive in original resale condition

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Short description
  • Photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit
  • Replacement parts

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are generally not refundable unless required by law

Refund approval notifications will be sent via email.
